Soft Core Porn at the Gym?

My school gym's been passing Showtime 2 on one of the TV's. Now first off, there's nothing on Showtime 2 that'll get me jazzed up for a set of pull-ups. Second, if you're in the gym late enough, you're gonna catch some of that late-night Showtime soft porn. This keeps up and folks will be doing a different kind of exercise.

Girls Dishing Out Workout Advice-No

I'm a guy who's open to suggestions. I like advice and I'm open to it. But I don't really care for it when girls who don't weigh more than a buck ten give me tips on how to workout. Sure you might workout 7 days a week and you how to make the most killer wheat grass protein shakes, but that doesn't mean you know how to build a thick chest.

I was working out at the gym today, pumping away on my chest workout, when a girl who was working out next to me with purple, rubber-covered dumbbells started giving me advice on how to work out my chest better. I appreciate the thought, but that's like an archaeologist telling an astronaut what floating in space feels like. She might have an idea about how to work out, but I'm sure underneath those nice fleshy bags don't lie massive pectoral muscles.

So please ladies, unless you're sporting muscles comparable to She-Hulk, save us both some time and keep your workout plan to yourself.

Help Me Fight Testicular Cancer!

Hi!

My name's Richard and I am going to taking part in this year's Relay for Life on April 5th-6th at the University of Southern California. Relay for Life is a 24 hour charity relay to support Cancer research. I am supporting testicular cancer on behalf of one of my friends who is a survivor of it.

Don't think of it as donating money to a stranger, but rather as a contribution towards a greater cause. Help fund cancer research so that someday we may see better treatments against cancer that are less taxing on the body and possibly, a CURE!

Eat More for a Better You

Sure there are those of us who can get that Herculean (or Victoria’s Secret) body by just eating whatever, whenever. For many of us, a day consists of a 3 HUGE meals. But for a growing number of people, breakfast has become nothing but a memory of the past. Now for us without the perfect body, we have to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. And although I’m sure we’ve all heard this, but here are 3 reasons why eating like this will help you become a better you.
1. Anytime you eat, your metabolism reacts. Digesting that food you eat burns calories, so the more often you eat, the more often that furnace inside you turns on.
2 - Smaller meals at higher frequencies allows for less storage of excesses, due to the principles of absorption. You will also experience better absorption of the vitals of your body.
There's only so many nutrients that your muscles and organs can handle. You simply can't fill your MUSCLES beyond what they can hold. It's like trying to pour a 20 oz. bottle of water into a 10 oz. glass, there's gonna be that 10 oz. of water that doesn't make it into the glass. So what does your body do with that?
Once your muscles and the other vitals of your body, have been full of the nutrients they need, the excess is either stored or excreted. If you're on a high-frequency eating plan, your body will become accustomed to the fact that it will be getting more of what it needs soon, so very minimal is stored, with the rest sent on to your excretory organs.
How is this better than eating 3 meals per day? Well, say your awake 14 hours per/day...your 3 meals are rougly divided amongst those 14 hours...14/3 = almost 5....this means that around every 4-5 hours you will be eating a meal....in that 4 hours between your meals your body WILL be deprived of certain nutrients...you'll feel hungry...these hunger pangs are your body's way of shouting at you to give it food because it needs it....
After your body is used to such large breaks between meals, it will start storing more and more of what doesn't get absorbed into muscle cells. This, means that it will start depositing the excess into your fat cells. This leads to growth in your fat cells, which means you might turn into a tub of lard!
3 - The third reason for this eating method is that eating more often is just more fun. Not only are you less hungry when you eat more often, but that means you can eat more throughout the day. Eating a huge meal is like going to one gigantic party with friends you like, but also a bunch of people you don’t know and then having to wait a while before going to your next party. Eating small meals is like going to a lot of parties with your close friends.
