A ship in harbor is safe? Tell that to the people at Pearl Harbor. Oh wait! Alot of them died...while in a HARBOR...so I can't! Sure it's a figure of speech, but it's a stupid one at that.
And no this isn't me being sexist or misogynistic. It's me listening to her speech a couple minutes ago and hearing her say 'nucular'. Even Geena Davis from the show "Commander-in-Chief" would've been a better pick.
